- Jacob Fatu vs. Cody Rhodes
Fatu attacks Rhodes before the match starts. The
competitors spill out into the audience, when Drew McIntyre appears
taking out both Fatu and Rhodes.
- Women's tagteam championship:
Rhea Ripley & Iyo Sky (ch) def. Judgment Day (Liv Morgan &
Roxanne Perez)
Sky hits the over the moonsault on Perez, and has her down
for the pinfall, when Raquel Rodriguez trips Ripley so that she falls
and takes out the referee. Stephanie Vaquer comes ringside to take
out Rodriguez. Ripley hits the Rip Tide on Morgan to get the pinfall
to retain the championship.
- AJ Styles def. Shinsuke Nakamura
Styles locks Nakamura's leg, but Nakamura reverses.
Nakamura goes for the Kinshasa, but his leg gives out, allowing
Styles to hit one of his own. Styles hits the Styles clash to get the
pinfall.
- #1 contender for the WWE championship match:
Sami Zayn def. Damian Priest, Randy Orton, Trick Williams
Zayn hits the helluva kick on Priest, but Williams stops
the referee before he can count to three. Orton plants Williams onto
the announce table, then grabs Zayn and Priest and does the same.
Orton hits a double DDT on Priest and Williams, but is unable to
capitalize. Zayn hits the helluva kick on Priest, getting the pinfall
victory.

Tagteam partners Flair and Bliss start out, but the match
doesn't really start until James enter as number three.
The final three battle on the ring apron, with Stratton first
throwing Ruca out, but then Morgan quickly taking Stratton out.
- Career-threatening match:
Gunther def. AJ Styles (subm.)
Stipulation: If Styles wins, he must retire. Styles hits a
springboard 450 on Gunther and follows it with the Styles, but only
gets a two-count. After hitting Styles with a low blow, Gunther looks
Styles in a sleeper hold, and the referee has the bell ring when
Styles' arm drops when the referee checks him.
- WWE championship:
Drew McIntyre (ch) def. Sami Zayn
McIntyre tries to take Zayn out, but Zayn keeps kicking
out of the pinfall attempts. Eventually, McIntyre hits two
consecutive claymore kicks to get the pinfall and retain the
championship.

Bron Breakker is attacked by a masked man before he makes
it to the ring, making it easy for Femi to immediately eliminate
him. Gunther locks Reigns in a sleeper hold and dodges Reigns'
superman punch. Reigns eventually breaks out, spears Gunther and
eliminates him to win the match.
Elimination Chamber
2026-02-28, United Center, Chicago, Illinois, USA

- Elimination chamber match:
Rhea Ripley def. Tiffany Stratton, Raquel Rodriguez,
Asuka, Kiana James, Alexa Bliss
Winner gets a WWE Women's championship match at
WrestleMania XLII. James and Stratton start out, with Asuka, Bliss
and Ripley coming in next. Bliss sets up James for Sister Abigail,
when Asuka blows mist into her face, allowing James to pin Bliss just
before Rodriguez enters. Rodriguez takes out both James and Asuka and
pins both at the same time. Stratton hits the Prettiest Moonsault
ever, taking out Rodriguez. Ripley hits the Rip-Tide on Stratton to
win the match.
- Women's intercontinental championship:
AJ Lee def. Becky Lynch (ch) (subm.)
Lee has Lynch locked in the Black Widow, and Lynch taps
out, but the referee is out, so the match continues. Lynch hits the
manhandle slam, but Lee kicks out. Lee locks the Black Widow again,
and this time the referee sees the tap-out.
- World heavyweight championship:
CM Punk (ch) def. Finn Bálor
Pinfall after Go To Sleep.
- Elimination chamber match:
Randy Orton def. Cody Rhodes, Logan Paul, Trick Williams, LA Knight,
Je'Von Evans
Winner gets a WWE championship match at WrestleMania XLII
Evans and Rhodes start out. with Knight, Williams, Paul and Orton
entering the match without any eliminations. Paul first eliminates
Evans after the Paulverizer, followed by Knight after a low blow.
Rhodes hits the Cross Rhodes on Williams, but Paul steals this
pinfall too. A masked man makes his way into the ring, hitting a
stomp on Paul, allowing Rhodes to get an easy pinfall. The man then
unmasks as Seth Rollins. As Rollins leaves, Drew McIntyre comes into
the ring, attacking Rhodes. Orton hits the RKO on Rhodes to win the
match.
WrestleMania XLII

Originally scheduled to take place on 2026-04-11 and 12 at
Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, but it was
moved to Las Vegas, the same site as WrestleMania XLI,
in June 2025,
WrestleMania Saturday (2026-04-18):
- The Usos (Jimmy & Jey) & LA Knight def. The Vision (Logan
Paul & Austin Theory (WWE tag ch) & iShowSpeed
Knight throws Theory crashing into iShowSpeed, allowing
Knight to hit the BFT on Theory for the pinfall. After the match Paul
attacks iShowSpeed, claiming he lost them the match, ending in
iShowSpeed hitting a splash from the top turnbuckle on Paul onto the
announce table.
- Unsanctioned match, No count-out, no disqualification:
Jacob Fatu def. Drew McIntyre
Fatu gets the pinfall after performing a pop-up moonsault
from the ring ropes onto McIntyre who is laid out on a table in the
ring.
- Women's tagteam championship, Fatal 4-Way:
Brie Bella & Paige def. Alexa Bliss & Charlotte Flair,
Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax & Lash Legend) (ch), Bayley &
Lyra Valkyria
The returning Paige replaced the injured Nikki Bella.
Bliss goes for the Twisted Bliss on Paige, but Paige gets her kneed
up and is able to hit the Paige turner on Bliss for the victory, to
win the tagteam championships.
- Women's Intercontinental championship:
Becky Lynch def. AJ Lee (ch)
Lynch slams Lee into the exposed top turnbuckle, and then
hits a manhandle slam on Lee to get the pinfall to regain the
championship.
- Gunther def. Seth "Freakin" Rollins (subm.)
The match quickly turned into a brawl, with Rollins
hitting a pedigree onto the announce table, following up with a stomp
from the other table. Before Rollins can capitalize, Bron Breakker
runs in, spearing Rollins. Back in the ring, Gunther locks a sleeper
hold on Rollins to win the match.
- Women's World championship:
Liv Morgan def. Stephanie Vaquer (ch)
Morgan hits a codebreaker on Vaquer from the second rope
and follows it up with the Oblivion, getting the pinfall
victory.
- WWE championship:
Cody Rhodes (ch) def. Randy Orton [w/Pat McAfee]
McAfee attacks Rhodes with a microphone to the back of his
head just when the match is about to start. During the match, Rhodes
slowly wears out Orton. Orton's forehead is busted open, and while
partly blinded he thinks the referee is an opponent, hitting an RKO.
With the referee out, Rhodes goes for the cutter but is caught in an
RKO. McAfee runs in in a referee shirt, but receives an RKO. In the
confusion, Rhodes hits the cross Rhodes and the original referee
makes the three-count.
WrestleMania Sunday (2026-04-19):
- Oba Femi def. Brock Lesnar [w/Paul Heyman]
Femi hits a chokeslam on Lesnar, following it up with the
Fall from Grace for the pinfall. After the match, Lesnar leaves his
boots in the ring, signaling his retirement.
- Intercontinental championship, Ladder match:
Penta (ch) def. JD McDonagh, Dragon Lee, Rusev, Rey Mysterio, Je'Von
Evans
Evens climbs the ladder and has the belt in his hands when
Rusev knocks the ladder down, leaving Evans hanging from the belt
until he loses the grip, falling down. Rusev climbs the ladder, but
Evans gets back into the ring, hitting a Cutter on Evans. Penta hits
a Mexican destroyer to take out Evans, then climbs the ladder to grab
the belt and retain his championship.
- US championship:
Trick Williams [w/Lil Yachty] def. Sami Zayn (ch)
Zayn goes for the Helluva kick, but Williams hits the
Trick shot on Zayn instead, getting the pinfall victory.
- Street fight:
Finn Bálor def. Dominik Mysterio
After attacking Mysterio with a steel chair, Bálor puts
Mysterio on a table and hits the coup de grâce for the
pinfall.
- WWE Women's championship:
Rhea Ripley def. Jade Cargill (ch)
Michin and B-fab come ringside to help out Jade, but then
also Iyo Sky come out, helping out Ripley. Cargill is distracted,
allowing Ripley to hit a headbutt. Ripley hits the Rip-tide to get the
pinfall.
- World heavyweight championship:
Roman Reigns def. CM Punk (ch)
Punk hits an elbow drop from the top rope onto Reigns who
is positioned on the announce table, but Punk is unable to get the
pinfall back in the ring. Reigns musters his last power to spear Punk
twice for the pinfall.
