opera6.ini documentation updated

Published: 2005-05-28 00:05:57

I previously mentioned that we were working on updating the documentation for opera6.ini, the file that holds most of the preference options you can set in Opera.

It has taken a while, but as Rijk reports, the on-line document has now been updated for Opera 8. With over 700 configurable options, you should be able to tweak the settings to your liking, even for things that are not configurable from the preference dialogues.

Just remember to exit Opera before you do any changes to your opera6.ini file, if you don't you risk losing your changes.
