Hur översätter jag följande alternativruta i inställningarna för
GPGgrelay: "X-keep-alive for client every xxx" ? Andreas, programmeraren,
förklarar vad X-Keep-Alive är så här:

"If you send/receive large mails then the transfer to/from GPGrelay is very
fast on the local side, but remote it's limited by the modem (ISDN 8 kb/s
<-> Localhost some MB/s).
So when you receive a large mail the email-client behind GPGrelay will only
get response after the whole mail was received and processed by GPGrelay.
In this case the email-client will come up and say "Connection timed out".
To prevent this, GPGrelay sends "Connection is alive"-Messages to the
email-client.

This works that way, that anybody can add "X-"-Headers to emails.
So GPGrelay sends "X-Keep-Alive: blabla..." to the client to inform it,
that the connection is not dead.

Now, some clients check timeout as time between single received chars
(maybe -- I don't know of one), others (like Outlook Express) measure the
timeout with time between full lines.
This means, that "X-Keep-Ali" alone can suppress timeout for 10 Minutes if
set to 60 Seconds per Char.
With "full lines" 10 minutes would need 10 X-Keep-Alive-Header-Lines.

Unfortunately this doesn't work for SMT"
