xDIR
xDIR is a small colourized directory viewer program, programmed in Turbo
Pascal 6.0, and release under the GNU General Public License.

nodExtr
nodExtr is a small utility program that will extract zone, region and
net information from a
Fidonet
nodelist.

killEof
killEof is a small utility program that will remove EOF (Ctrl-Z)
markers from text files.

OS/2 and Windows 95 (console) versions, and full source code.
killEof is freeware.
noDot
noDot is a small utility program that will remove dotted and other
characters from text files.
The characters will be changed into their nearest ASCII equivalents.
noDot operates on PC codepage 437 text files.

BinkCol
BinkCol is a colour configuration program for BinkleyTerm version 2.60 and
2.60XE.
It makes it possible to configure the colour without the need to calculate
the decimal colour codes, and instead provides an interactive setup,
where you can instantly see how your configuration will look.

BinkCol is freeware.
Azure/NewsPrep
This program is used to post FidoNews issues in echomail. It will take one
issue of FidoNews (uncompressed) and turn it into a PKT file which you can
toss to your message base.
