Pan 0.11.3 String Freeze

Pan is in a string freeze for a stable release, 0.11.3, early next week.
This will probably be the last gtk1 release, so translatons are welcomed
gratefully.

fi.po, ja.po, ko.po, sl.po. tr.po, and zh_CN.po use positional parameters,
which can crash g_printf_string_upper_bound() in glib <= 1.2.10.   Pan 0.11.2
is unrunnable in Japanese (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=78244)
because of this, so I'm going to drop any lines still using positional
parameters next week.

Pan 0.11.3 is in the "pan-fix" branch of Pan on cvs.gnome.org:
"cvs co -r pan-0-11-fix -d pan-fix pan" will check out this branch.
