Well, in fact, the GEOS VLIR file that uses USR file is a valid DOS
file. However, its contents are very special and not very interesting,
as it consists of one block only, which has the track/sector numbers of
all the records.

Then, these records are non-standard, of course. Yes, and I know that
you already know this, I was just nit-picking. ;)
