Other bits were all filmed with the camera on one hand :( Placing the tripod in a convenient location each time would steal too much time and I mostly work on this in the night or spare time. The IEEE port was tested with a small basic program that I've found on the "PET and the IEEE488 bus" book, that can be found with a google search (otherwise I can share it). Since I saved it on tape, I can also transfer the program with cbmlink and share it to anyone who doesn't want to manually type the program :) The only signal that can't be tested by the program is SRQ (afair) since it's input only to the PET. All other signals have separate Input and Output lines, that connect together at the bus drivers (either MC3446 or "discrete" open-collector drivers). I'm going to hook some HP instruments to the IEEE488 bus and try to program them via basic commands, as the book suggests.
