Connections are: +5v to Joy pin7 GND to Joy pin8 Trigger (NO microswitch) to Joy pin1 (UP, this is what I'm not sure about) Other to Joy pin6 (Joy stick port 1 connects this to LP input on Vic) No different signal processing is needed, every thing is very compatible and in fact mine has both the a CBM and Sega DB9 plug so that I can use it on both systems.
