Starting at
http://www.theoldcomputer.com/roms/index.php?folder=Commodore/PET, there
is a disk called "PET Assembler Disk 01 (19xx)(-).d64", which at first
glance appears to contain MAE. But it doesn't seem to be complete and
doesn't in fact have it :-(

However, Ruud's PBE (PET Benelux Exchange) collection contains some
other stuff as well, including MAE.D64. It seems to start op ok in
VICE. See http://vintagecomputer.net/commodore/64/baltissen/Pbe.zip (it
seems it isn't accessible any more from
http://vintagecomputer.net/commodore/ without a registration). It also
contains some demo programs that go with the DWW Hires board that I
added to VICE :-)
