Sorry, I don't know the answer, but your question reminded me of this project: http://ezhid.sourceforge.net. They are using the Ez-USB microcontroller (a 8051 clone with built-in USB interface) as a USB HID (Human Interface Device) adapter for various game controllers, mice and keyboards, so that you can use a Sun or Amiga keyboard on a newer computer. I wonder if the microcontroller has enough I/O for the detachable keyboards of the 8032-SK a.k.a. CBM 200, the CBM II series a.k.a.
