I think this is rather opaque and unintuitive. Most lists that survived the great migration to message boards seem to stamp in a footer that explains how to unsubscribe. I’d say… trying fighting with Outlook to even make it display full headers and then wonder if it is reasonable to expect people to search there to help someone else subscribe.
