Reflections from a Swede in Norway.

Here you will find my small graffiti board where I write about things I come to think about.

In my blog, I write about the general unfairness of life, about spam mail, vintage computers, board games, Norwegians, current and not-so-current affairs, technology and whatever else occurs to me — in other words, a glorious mess. All opinion expressed here are of course my own, and all similarities with any living people is of course intentional.

Quiet, empty and lonely

Published: Friday 2008-12-05.

Thea is visiting her parents this week, and Jenny is of course with her. That means that I am alone at home, which feels very strange. One gets used to there being life and sounds and children crying in the house, and when there is not, it feels very quiet and empty. Fortunately they will be back already tomorrow, and I have had something to do in the evenings anyway, Wednesday saw a meeting in the tenant-owner’s building society, and yesterday I was at the company Christmas party. But it is quiet and empty.
