Reflections from a Swede in Norway.

Here you will find my small graffiti board where I write about things I come to think about.

In my blog, I write about the general unfairness of life, about spam mail, vintage computers, board games, Norwegians, current and not-so-current affairs, technology and whatever else occurs to me — in other words, a glorious mess. All opinion expressed here are of course my own, and all similarities with any living people is of course intentional.

Spring at last

Published: Monday 2007-03-26.

The spring seems to be here for real. True, the sun has shown itself before, but yesterday was the first time I could sit outside reading a book without having a jacket on, without freezing. Okay, it was just for a few hours in the afternoon when the sun was at its best, but still. Another sign of spring is that it is time for the yearly cleaning of streets here in Oslo, and inspired by that I felt like it was time to clean my bike a bit, it tends to collect a layer of dirt over the winter.

And if we hadn’t switched to daylight savings time, it would have felt like spring when I went by bike to work in the morning as well (ok, sorry, couldn’t resist to complain just a bit).
