What happens if you take a milliard (billion, 109) real web pages
the Google search database
and count which HTML elements and attributes are most frequently used?
That is exactly what my ex-colleague
who now work for Google, has found out.
The results are interesting,
(line break) is more common than
Who would have thought?
Something that is’t very surprising, however, is that
(link, anchor) is one of the most common elements.
After all, links is what the web is all about.
