In my blog, I write about the general unfairness of life, about spam mail, vintage computers, board games, Norwegians, current and not-so-current affairs, technology and whatever else occurs to me — in other words, a glorious mess. All opinion expressed here are of course my own, and all similarities with any living people is of course intentional.

Pancake party at DebConf

Yesterday evening there was a pancake party at DebConf, with all participants invited (fortunately the sauna took more time than expected, so some people didn’t make it; it would have become very crowded if everyone had come). Marga coordinated everything and had brought an Argentinian speciality called duche de leche, which, if I have understood everything correctly, is a kind of a jam made of milk and sugar. It was sweet, and good.

Tao had brought home-made Swedish cloudberry jam, and a Finlander, whose name escapes me at the moment, had brought Finnish honey. It was truly an international mix.
