More invoices to the people

Canal Digital recently sent me an invoice for a newly introduced yearly fee of 595 kroner, for my digital TV subscription. The only problem with the yearly fee is that when I ordered digital TV last autumn (to see the wrestling on Ztv, something they since stopped airing again) they never mentioned anything about a yearly fee. Since I have committed to a twelve month subscription (to get the connection fee down) I think that it is ugly from Canal Digital to try to sneak in a new fee like that, so I complained.
Today I got an answer that I should ignore the invoice. How kind of them...now I hope that they can manage to remove the collection order they sent me on an invoice I complained about earlier, when they managed to invoice me for decoder rent that I’m not supposed to pay for (and that was not the first time they managed to do that). Let’s just say that I don’t have very much confidence in the people in Canal Digital’s invoicing department...
