WolfBlog

Reflections from a Swede in Norway.

Here you will find my small graffiti board where I write about things I come to think about.

In my blog, I write about the general unfairness of life, about spam mail, vintage computers, board games, Norwegians, current and not-so-current affairs, technology and whatever else occurs to me — in other words, a glorious mess. All opinion expressed here are of course my own, and all similarities with any living people is of course intentional.

UserJS.org

Published: Monday 2005-05-23.

UserJS.org opened yesterday evening. The web site collects user scripts for Opera. User scripts is a powerful function that for instance can be used to fix broken web sites or add new functionality to the browser. My favourite script at the moment is one that adds new display modes for images; if you often look at slide shows in your web browser i can whole-heartedly recommend it.

The script I previously mentioned for improving Google Suggest has now been given an official home on the new web site, which means that my page for it currently only contains a link to it.

The scripts require Opera 8.0 or later to work, but some of them, that do not use some of the more advanced functionality, also work with Firefox Greasemonkey.
