Stupid customer service reply

I earlier mentioned that Telenor decided to terminate their Usenet news service on the 1st of May. Since I am an indirect customer of Telenor through Canal Digital I complained to Canal Digital’s customer service about this, and got the reply that they didn’t have any plans to switch providers so that I could get Usenet news access somewhere else. I then demanded to have the monthly fee lowered, which rendered this reply:

That has to be the most stupid answer I have ever got from a customer service.
But now it seems as if Telenor has rethought the termination, so maybe I don’t have to take this further.
