Here you will find my small graffiti board where I write about things I come to think about.

In my blog, I write about the general unfairness of life, about spam mail, vintage computers, board games, Norwegians, current and not-so-current affairs, technology and whatever else occurs to me — in other words, a glorious mess. All opinion expressed here are of course my own, and all similarities with any living people is of course intentional.

SEB seems to care very much for their customers... In a letter I got today they write that from the new year they will charge a fee of 80 kronor (about 8.80 €) for the “service” “Account statement once a month, one copy”.

It seems they’re getting desperate, I wonder if they have given their bosses several millions in bonuses lately? I might consent to it if it wasn’t that they refuse to let Opera in in their crappy Internet banking system (the previous version worked fine, but the yucky graphical crap that they switched to they don’t want to let me into). And that is even though Opera 7 works just fine in the system, if you apply small hack.

Eftersom SEB skickade en massa brev till mig, som mom samma dag samt skickade ut ytterligare brev där de förklarade varför de inte kunde samla allt i ett "jättebrev" blev jag jätteglad då jag, via hemsidan, kunde begära att få slippa kontoutdrag och annattjafs i pappersform. Det enda jag får är årsredovisningar, i örvigt nöjer jag mig med de elektroniska.

Peter svarar: Jo, jag gjorde likadant, efter att ha lurat mig in i Internetbanken trots deras bortvisningsskript. Men jag tyckte annars det var rätt kul att varje månad få papper på att jag hade 74 öre på mitt konto (däremot har det varit rätt deprimerande att få reda på vad fondandelarna jag har stod i).
